Below are the public documents issued or approved by the Township. These documents are made available to improve transparency for residents. If you cannot find a document, please contact the Clerk to inquire. If you wish to submit a formal Freedom of Information Act inquiry, please fill out the form on the Clerk’s page.

  • Board Meetings

    All documents related to Board meetings including agendas, minutes, and information related to special meetings or hearings.

  • Budget

    Documents related to the review and adoption of the annual budget, including the tentative and final Budget and any Appropriations Ordinances.

  • Tax Levy

    All documents related to the review and adoption of the annual Tax Levy Ordinance and associated Resolutions on estimated levies.

  • Audit & Financial

    All documents related to the transparency of the Township financials, including annual audits, salary documentation, and investment reports.

  • Ordinances, Resolutions & Filings

    All resolutions and ordinances passed by the Board other than those related to tax levies and budgets, which have their own pages.

  • Contracts

    Final, signed versions of contracts in place for services that support the operations and administration of the Township.

    The Intergovernmental Agreements for services that are in place and have been approved by the Township Board.

  • Town Hall Info

    On the second April of every year there is an Annual Town Hall. There was a delay in 2020 due to the pandemic. There are also special Town Halls that can be called on specific subject matter.

  • Transportation Service Application

    To register, please fill in this document. A copy of your state Identification is required when submitting it. This can either be mailed or brought into the Lisle Township offices at 4711 Indiana Ave., Lisle, IL, 60532.

  • Reconciliations

    In the interest of transparency, we will show you who the monthly vendors are and how the accounts were reconciled.

  • 708 Information

  • NIU Strategic Planning Information

    In 2022 and 2023, the Lisle Township Board worked with the NIU Center for Governmental Studies in various ways to help create a short-term and long-term plan. They conducted a scientific study of the community's needs and what they would like to see. Community stakeholders had a discussion with the consultants. Each individual board member and the group spoke to the consultants. What was produced is to the right.
